George Vukotich heads the Learning & Development initiatives at JPN. A skilled strategy consultant who leads organizational change through development & implementation of cutting-edge OD initiatives.

Dr. Vukotich has worked with organizations that include; Navistar, Amoco, Computer Sciences Corporation, Arthur Andersen, IBM, and Booz, Allen, & Hamilton. One of his current engagements is delivering leadership training to McKinsey and Company executives worldwide. He has a PhD in Training and Organizational Development and an MBA in Finance.

Chacko Kurian

Chacko Kurian has been engaged as a technology and management consultant over the past 19 years by companies that include Sears and ADP as well as a number of mid-sized companies and government entities. He is a skilled global project manager especially with reference to cross-border and cross-cultural issues in cultural risk management. He has an MBA from the Robert O Anderson Graduate Schools of Business at the University of New Mexico and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (formerly RECT) in Trichy, India.

P. Tom:
Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Tom is a certified SAP consultant who specializes in Governance, Risk, and Compliance as it pertains to the SAP BusinessObjects Access Control (BOAC, formerly Virsa) product. He has extensive experience with installing and configuring the product and optimizing the segregation of duty ruleset for rationalizing access controls across lines-of-business and geographical units. He designs and configures workflows to support user provisioning with real time segregation of duty check, and audit functions. Tom has prior experience as an SAP Basis administrator and security administrator.
